Coastal Cars & Carts is the exclusive vendor for Carillon Beach golf cart rentals. Beach vacations are even more fun when you have your own golf cart! Enjoy riding around this beautiful village by the sea and haul your family, friends, and all your “stuff” to the beach in style and comfort! Perfect for wedding events, too! We offer 4-passenger and 6-passenger carts and the best customer service on the beach. Here is some information to get you started on booking your reservation.

These rates include 8% sales tax. We book full-week rentals during summer. If we are not fully booked during the summer season. CCC may consider partial week rentals on a case by case basis. Carillon Beach allows a maximum of 30 rental carts at a time in the community in the summer and 25 carts at a time in the off-season. We reserve carts on a first come first serve basis.

• You must have a current driver license and be 25 years old to rent a golf cart.
• Children may never drive golf carts, not even with a parent in the cart. All drivers must be age 16 or older and have an actual driver's license.
• Reservations may be accepted up to one year in advance. We reserve the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates for specific vehicles at the time of reservation, in the event they have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error.
• CANCELLATION: You may cancel your reservation up to (eight) 8 days prior to the scheduled delivery of your cart, with a $100.00 administration fee being charged. You will be charged the full amount of the rental payment if you cancel anytime less than (eight) 8 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. No refund of the reservation deposit will be made for cancellations regardless of the reason, that are dated less than (eight) 8 days from the date of reservation. All cancellations must be in writing or email and must identify the authorized renter name and reservation number.
• You will find all Golf Cart Rules and Regulations, Operating Requirements, Enforcement Procedures, and Fine Information in our rental agreement. Please read carefully.
• CCC will make every effort but does not guarantee a replacement cart in the event of mechanical failure. Should your cart become disabled during your rental period, the remainder of your rental charges will be waived if a replacement cannot be provided.
• Any accident should be reported to CCC immediately (850-999-7733). Please report any mechanical issues immediately.
• The Carillon Beach Property Patrol and Carillon Beach Association will be provided weekly rental information, in the event there is a problem with the rules and regulations.

OUR ICON GOLF CARTS

Coastal Cars & Carts rents Icon-Brand Golf Carts which provide our customers top of the line safety features to include: seatbelts for all passengers, headlights & tail lights, daytime running lights, turn signals, brake lights, digital speedometer, side mirrors, rearview mirror, horn on the steering column, 4-wheel hydraulic disc brakes (most carts only have rear manual drum brakes) and 4-wheel suspension for improved stability. Our golf carts are in pristine condition and are checked and spot-cleaned after each rental period before delivered to you.

For your added convenience, our carts have onboard chargers (no need to lift and move a charger to protect it from rain). Another wonderful feature of our golf carts is the auto brake setting system. Some golf cart parking brakes are difficult to set properly. No worries with our Icons. Your rental cart has reflective striping down both sides for added safety after dark. Reflective ID numbers are on the front and back of each cart for easy identification. You are also provided a weather protected extension cord for plugging in your cart to charge. (lift seat to find yellow extension cord on an orange reel). The cart is equipped with a charge indicator. WE RECOMMEND YOU CHARGE YOUR CART EACH NIGHT. You should check with your vacation rental agency to make sure you will be able to charge the golf cart. They require a normal 110V plug.

DELIVERY AND PICK-UP

On your delivery day: Your rental cart will be delivered to your Carillon Beach Address on the start date between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. We make every effort to get your cart to you early in the morning.(During high season cart pick-up, inspection, clean-up, etc. can take a bit longer. Also, the rental carts are brought into Carillon Beach from our facility in Panama City Beach. They are not necessarily already on site in Carillon). We thank you for your patience!

You do not have to be present to take delivery. The cart is labeled front and back with your cart identification number. Please make note of your cart number so you can identify it when parked out in the community. Your key will be in the cart, under the front seat (just lift it up), along with your extension cord.

On your pick-up day:

• Cart must be ready for pick-up at 8:00AM.
• Cart must be fully charged.
• Cart must be easily accessible and not blocked in any way at your Carillon Beach address.
• The extension cord should be wrapped around the reel and placed back under the seat.
• Place the key under the seat, next to the charging cord.
• Cart should be clean. (no excessive dirt that would require removal for extensive clean-up).
• You do not have to be present for pick-up.
